Terms of Service

The conditions for using our games, services, and studio website.
Introduction
These Terms of Service apply to games and services provided by Byggservice NB, including this studio website, unless a product provides separate terms. By using the relevant service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. App store rules, product-specific terms, and mandatory consumer protections may also apply.
Permission to use our products
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the relevant game or service for its intended, non-commercial purpose. This permission does not transfer ownership of the product or its content. Do not copy, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit material without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Reverse engineering and attempts to access source code are prohibited except to the extent such restrictions are not permitted by law.
Responsible use
Do not use a service to infringe intellectual property or other rights, cheat, introduce malicious code, disrupt operation, bypass security, or obtain unauthorized access. Only share material you have the right to provide. You are responsible for using a product in accordance with its instructions and applicable law.
Third-party services and purchases
A game may use services supplied by an app store, advertising network, or other provider. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Where purchases are offered, prices and applicable conditions are presented through the relevant purchase flow. Payments, refunds, and subscriptions are subject to the applicable store rules and mandatory law. Features, advertising, and purchasing options vary by product.
Availability, updates, and warranties
We may maintain, update, modify, or discontinue services where permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with every device. Unauthorized modifications, misuse, and conditions outside supported specifications can affect performance. Except for express promises and rights that cannot legally be excluded, services are supplied as available without additional warranties.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from misuse, unauthorized alterations, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any limitation applies only where lawful. These terms do not exclude fraud, liability that cannot be limited, or mandatory consumer remedies.
Intellectual property and reports
The games, website, software, artwork, names, and other materials are protected by their respective intellectual property rights. We may request additional details needed to assess the report.

Termination, changes, and questions
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful activity, or a security concern, subject to applicable law.
